Balam Industries is a megacorporation that, along with Arquebus Corp, is engaged in a war on Rubicon 3 for control of Coral. The corporation operates a mercenary group called the Redguns. One of its members, G5 Iguazu, is a Coral-based augmented mercenary who becomes envious of C4-621 during missions. Under the command of Handler Walter, C4-621 takes on missions for Balam while locating Coral. In the second New Game Plus, C4-621 can assist ALLMIND in killing the remnants of Balam. The corporation's forces are ultimately eliminated by ALLMIND, which smuggles C4-621 on board the Xylem to disable its engines while ALLMIND takes control of an Armored Core to personally kill Walter and Carla.

During these missions, G5 Iguazu, a member of Balam's Redguns mercenary group and another Coral-based augmented mercenary, earns envy of C4-621. In the second New Game Plus, C4-621 assists ALLMIND in killing the remnants of Balam, as ALLMIND wants to trigger a 'Coral Release'. ALLMIND saves C4-621 from capture by Arquebus, asking them for aid in triggering Coral Release and guaranteeing them protection. C4-621 assists ALLMIND in killing the remnants of the PCA, Balam, and Arquebus.
